The report quoted a quick commerce executive as saying that low-cost beauty items, such as kajal and skincare products, are popular in rapid delivery formats, with similar trends emerging in fashion and home decor categories.
From September 26 to 28, online retailers experienced approximately a 26 per cent increase in sales compared to the previous year, amounting to around Rs 26,500 crore, according to Datum Intelligence, which specialises in tracking e-commerce data.
